SEO fixes after the free site review - Zephyra Studio
How the scope is set
The scope is the list of findings from the review. Each item has a number, a description of the problem, the pages it affects and how it is fixed. You see exactly what goes into the fix before confirming anything, and what does not go in stays on the list for later.
The price is set by the size of that list and the difficulty of its items, and it arrives in the offer. If you send the list of errors from Search Console, we can give an estimate even before the review.
What gets fixed
- Technical causes of indexing problems: redirects, canonical and hreflang tags, sitemap, robots.txt, noindex errors, 404 and soft 404.
- Titles and meta descriptions on pages that already show in search but get few clicks.
- Internal linking to pages that sit close to page one or are isolated.
- Structured data with errors (FAQ, breadcrumbs, Organization).
- Content additions on pages ranking at positions 8 to 20, using verified facts only.
- Basic speed fixes visible in the Core Web Vitals report.
What we need from you
Read-only Search Console access for the review, and for the fixes themselves access to the site: an administrator account for the system the site runs on (for example WordPress) or access to the code. If someone else maintains the site, we need their consent. Without access we can give exact instructions, and whoever maintains the site makes the changes.
How we check the fix worked
After each group of changes we check the addresses with the URL Inspection tool in Search Console and ask Google to recheck the fix. At the end we send a report with before and after numbers, and a list of items left for later, with the reason.
Google confirms a fix only after days or weeks. So the report says what was done and what is expected, and does not promise a result that cannot be measured yet.
Fixes or a broader SEO package
Fixes patch what is broken. They do not include keyword analysis or new content. If you want the site to grow, not just be repaired, that is done through a broader SEO package (keyword analysis, content) or through regular maintenance.
Frequently asked questions
SEO fixes are a one-off service: after the free Search Console review, we take the numbered list of findings and work through it. The scope is clear up front because that list defines it, not hours. We check each fix in Search Console, and at the end you get a report of what changed and what happened afterwards.
