Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order a service through this site or directly from Zephyra Studio.
Who provides the service

How pricing works
Price is calculated individually through the calculator or a conversation, based on project scope and requirements, and is sent only by email. The final price and scope are confirmed in a written agreement before work starts.
Payment
50% deposit before work starts, the remaining 50% on completion and delivery. No instalments. Monthly maintenance (if agreed) is paid in advance.
Concept satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the initial design concept, before full development, and don't want to continue, we refund 80% of the deposit - the 20% we keep covers time already spent on the concept. This applies to all three packages. The guarantee applies within a limited window from the first concept presentation and ends once source files/code are delivered.
What's not included
Paid plugins, stock photography, and external costs (e.g. Apple/Google developer accounts for mobile apps) are billed separately and listed in the quote.
Ownership of the work
Once a project is paid in full, the source files, code and content built for you become your property (except third-party plugins/themes/libraries, which stay under their own license). Until then, while work is in progress and before full payment, we retain ownership of the work in progress. We keep the right to show the finished project in our own portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing (e.g. for confidentiality or a non-compete reason).
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any agreement made under them are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and any dispute is subject to the competent court in Serbia. This does not exclude mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country, where it applies to your specific case.
Liability
We work to a professional standard, but don't guarantee a specific business outcome (e.g. an exact number of visits or sales) - that also depends on factors outside our control.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of the page. For an ongoing project, the terms agreed in the written contract at the time of signing apply, not a later version of this page.
