This policy explains what data Zephyra Studio collects through this site, why, and how you can control it.
Who processes your data

What we collect
When you fill in the price calculator or contact form: your name, email, optionally phone, and whatever project details you enter (site type, scope, features, country). While browsing: technical data Cloudflare Turnstile processes to confirm you're not a bot (part of spam protection, it does not track you beyond that check). We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies - if we add any in the future, we'll ask for your consent through the cookie banner before anything like that runs.
Why (legal basis)
Your consent (the checkbox before sending a form) and our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry and, if we agree to work together, delivering the project.
Who we share it with
Zoho ZeptoMail (sending your enquiry/quote by email) and Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to answer your enquiry, and for the duration of any project if you become a client. If you don't become a client, we delete the correspondence within 24 months of the last contact.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time - reach us through the contact form on this site. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority - including your own country's authority if you're in the EU/EEA.

Changes to this policy
If what we collect or why changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For bigger changes (a new type of data, a new third party we share data with), we'll let you know and the cookie banner will reappear so you can confirm your choice.
