A one-person team, on purpose

Zephyra Studio is a registered company (27 Nov 2025), but the experience it is built on predates that date - registration is a legal step, not the starting point. Today it is still a team of one: the same person runs the conversation, writes the code and hands over access at the end, so nothing gets lost between three different contacts.

That is a deliberate choice, not a temporary state before the company "grows" - a smaller workload at any given time, but direct accountability with no translation of information through team layers.

How the approach gets chosen

The platform and scope of a project are chosen for what the client actually needs, not for what is easiest to deliver - the same principle repeated across every service on this site. If a simpler (and cheaper) solution is enough, that is what gets proposed, even when a bigger project would pay more.
