We work with clients across several EU/EEA countries, so GDPR applies alongside Serbia's own data protection law.

Data transfers outside the EU/EEA
Serbia does NOT currently have an EU adequacy decision (it is not on the European Commission's list of countries recognised as providing adequate data protection, as of 2026). Our sub-processors (Zoho ZeptoMail and Cloudflare) are international companies with their own cross-border transfer safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) - the exact mechanism that applies to our specific case needs legal review before this page is finalised, same as the rest of the content marked as a draft.
