Analytics and CRO - Zephyra Studio
From data to more conversions, not just reports.
What you get
- Heatmaps and session recordings (e.g. Microsoft Clarity) to see where visitors click and where they drop off
- A/B testing of specific elements (CTA button, headline, form), one change per test so it is clear what actually had an effect
- Funnel analysis from arrival to conversion, showing where the biggest drop-off is, not just the total conversion count
- Concrete recommendations for change, not just a diagnosis of the problem with no proposed fix
- Measuring the effect of a change before and after, not assuming it helped
- A monthly report in plain language, with clear next steps for the following month
Why Zephyra Studio
A report full of numbers with no action changes nothing. Every heatmap or A/B test finding comes with a concrete recommendation for what to change, and we track whether the change actually lifted conversion before calling it a success. For example, if a heatmap shows nobody scrolls to the contact form because it sits at the bottom of a long page, we do not just write 'the form is rarely used' - we propose a concrete change (moving the form up, adding a secondary CTA) and measure whether that actually increased enquiries before calling it solved.
When this is not the right fit
If a site gets very little traffic per month (a few dozen visits), serious statistical analysis and A/B testing will not have enough data to produce reliable conclusions - in that case the priority is attracting more traffic (SEO, marketing), not optimising conversion on traffic that does not yet exist in sufficient volume.
How we work
We set up tracking (Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings) if it does not already exist
We analyse where visitors drop off most on the way to conversion, not just the final count
We propose concrete changes, prioritised by expected impact, not in random order
We test the change against the existing version (A/B test), one change at a time
We measure results and decide whether the change stays, based on data, not impression

Price and timeline
What drives the price:
- How much traffic the site has (needed for a statistically reliable A/B test)
- Number of pages/flows to analyse
- Whether tracking needs setting up from scratch or already exists
- A one-off analysis or ongoing work
Frequently asked questions
Analytics and CRO means turning the traffic you already have into more enquiries, without spending more on ads. We use heatmaps, session recordings and A/B testing to see where visitors drop off, then fix that - not just send a monthly report full of numbers.
