Seven steps, in order

1. Briefing. A short conversation or message about what you need, with no obligation and no pressure to decide right away. First response arrives within 24-48h.

2. Quote and contract. The calculator asks specific questions about your project and sends a price to your inbox within minutes - not a vague range that helps no one. The contract sets scope, timeline and payment terms before anything starts.

3. Design. We propose a page structure and visual direction, design the key pages and send them for review before development starts - so changes happen on the sketch, not on finished code.

4. Development. We build the site and enter content, with regular check-ins so nothing surprises you at the end. 2 rounds of design revisions are included, with no extra charge for reasonable direction changes.

5. Testing. We check across devices, speed and baseline accessibility before calling anything finished.

6. Launch. The site goes live, and every access (domain, hosting, admin account) is handed over in your name.

7. Support. Monthly maintenance and support continue after delivery, with a 24-48h response time for ongoing requests.

For small and mid-sized sites

A realistic timeline is 2-3 weeks from the point where all materials (copy, images, logo) are ready. Larger projects and online stores are scoped in the quote because the range is too wide for a fixed number. Delays usually come from missing materials, not the work itself - the sooner materials arrive, the sooner the site goes live.
