Concept satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the initial design concept, before full development, and don't want to continue, we refund 80% of the deposit - the 20% we keep covers time already spent on the concept. This applies to all three packages, no exceptions. The guarantee applies within a limited window from the first concept presentation and ends once source files/code are delivered - the same wording as in the Terms of Service, pulled out and explained here in one place.
Response time and deadlines
The first reply to an inquiry arrives within 24-48h, whether it comes through the calculator, the contact form, or WhatsApp. Small and mid-sized sites are delivered in 2-3 weeks from the point where materials (copy, images, logo) are ready - delays usually come from missing materials, not the work itself. Larger projects and online stores are scoped separately in the quote since the range is too wide for a fixed number.
2 rounds of design revisions are included in the price before a project moves into full development, with no extra charge for reasonable direction changes.
Support after launch
A site that works perfectly on launch day, then nobody answers a month later when something breaks, is not a serious deal. The 24-48h response time also applies to ongoing requests after delivery, not just the first contact.
