Plugins and Integrations - Zephyra Studio
What plugins and integrations are and who they're for
Plugins and integrations are the add-ons and connections that link a site to the tools a business already uses day to day: an appointment booking system, an online payment platform, a CRM where clients are tracked, invoicing software, a newsletter service, or a warehouse system that stock and prices are pulled from.
They're for businesses that don't want their site to be an isolated island, meaning staff manually re-typing orders, appointments or enquiries from one system into another. Typical examples are clinics that take bookings through the site and then enter them into a calendar by hand, stores that issue invoices manually, or services that re-type every new enquiry into a spreadsheet. If two or more of your tools don't talk to each other, integration is what closes that gap.
Advantages compared to alternatives
The first alternative is manual work: staff re-typing data from one system to another. That's cheapest at the start, but mistakes in copying, missed appointments and duplicate entries end up costing more than the integration itself, and the cost grows with the number of orders or clients.
The second alternative is building the site entirely on one large system (for example, purely as a sales platform) and leaving other tools disconnected. Part of the work still ends up manual, and data drifts apart over time. Our approach is the opposite: the site stays the place where a customer does something, and the integration automatically carries that action to wherever the business keeps its records. That also avoids being locked to one provider, since any single connection can be replaced without rebuilding the whole site.
How we work on plugins and integrations
We first list the tools the business uses and the flows that need connecting: what the customer does on the site, what data that creates, and where that data needs to end up. We then choose proven add-ons and services instead of building something new for every small thing. Integration is technically confirmed feasible for any external service, processor or plugin mentioned, including Stripe, PayPal and WordPress, so the choice comes down to what you actually need, not technical limits.
After connecting everything, we test the whole flow end to end - for example from booking on the site to the appointment appearing in the calendar, or from order to issued invoice - including what happens when something fails, so an error is visible and fixable. Two rounds of revisions are included, and we respond to enquiries within 24-48 hours. Smaller and mid-sized sites with integrations are typically finished in 2-3 weeks, depending on the number of services involved.
Approximate price
The price depends on the number of integrations, the complexity of the flows, and whether existing tools are simply being connected or a new service is being introduced too. Because of that we don't publish it in advance - you get it through the calculator or a conversation once the scope of work is clear. Payment follows our standard terms: 50% deposit before work starts and the remaining 50% on completion and delivery, with no instalments.

Frequently asked questions
Plugins and integrations connect your site to the tools your business already uses, such as booking, payment, a CRM or invoicing. We pick proven add-ons and services, connect them to the site and test the whole flow, so nothing needs to be re-typed by hand.
