Hosting and domains - Zephyra Studio
Everything in one place, we handle the technical side.
What you get
- Domain registration or transfer, always in your name, with clear instructions for what to do if you ever want to change provider
- Hosting sized to the site's traffic and needs, not an oversized (and overpriced) plan 'just in case'
- SSL certificate with automatic renewal, so the site never shows an insecure-connection warning
- Email hosting setup (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) where needed, connected to your domain
- Uptime monitoring and alerts if the site goes down, with a clear plan for who responds first
- Regular server backups, kept separate from the site content's own backups
Why Zephyra Studio
The domain is always registered in your name, not ours - even while we manage the technical side, ownership stays clearly yours and you can take over control any time, with no negotiation needed. For example, if at some point you decide to take over management yourself or hire someone else, handing over access is a simple administrative step (changing the contact on the registrar, sharing access to the hosting panel), not a negotiation over who the 'real' owner is - that question does not exist because it is settled clearly from day one.
When this is not the right fit
If you already have a reliable IT administrator or an in-house person managing infrastructure and just need advice on choosing hosting, you may not need the full management service - a one-off consultation might be enough instead of an ongoing engagement.
How we work
We assess needs (traffic, site size, email accounts) before proposing a specific plan
We register or transfer the domain and choose a hosting plan that fits actual needs, not the most expensive option
We set up the SSL certificate and baseline server security
We connect email hosting if needed, across every device your team uses
We monitor and renew the domain/certificate every year, without you having to remember the date

Price and timeline
What drives the price:
- Expected traffic and site size
- Number of email accounts and provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Whether dedicated/managed hosting is needed or shared hosting is enough
- Number of domains (e.g. multiple markets or brands)
Frequently asked questions
Hosting and domains means you do not deal with server details, SSL certificates or domain renewal - we set it up and monitor it, and you just get a site that works. The domain and accounts are always registered in your name.
