GDPR and accessibility - Zephyra Studio

Compliance with GDPR and the European Accessibility Act (in force since June 2025).

What you get

  • GDPR-compliant cookie consent banner (declining as easy as accepting)
  • A privacy policy matched to the data the site actually collects, not a generic list of services
  • A baseline WCAG accessibility check (contrast, alt text, keyboard navigation)
  • Terms of service matched to your business
  • Checking data-collection forms (contact, calculator) for compliance
  • An accessibility statement where legally relevant

Why Zephyra Studio

We do not sell a generic cookie banner copied from another site. The privacy policy and cookie consent are adapted to what your site actually collects (analytics, forms, ad pixels), not a template that does not match reality. For example, if your site only uses Google Analytics and a contact form, the banner and privacy policy mention exactly that - not a long list of twenty services you never even installed, just because that was part of a template copied off the internet.

When this is not the right fit

If your site does not collect personal data at all (no analytics, forms, third-party cookies), formal GDPR compliance is much simpler and you may not need the full package - a short statement that no data is collected may be enough, not a complex cookie system.

How we work

1

We check what the site actually collects (analytics, forms, pixels) before drafting any document

2

We draft or adapt the privacy policy and terms of service to match that real data

3

We set up the cookie consent banner with clear, equally easy accept and decline options

4

We do a baseline accessibility check and fixes where needed

5

We recommend a lawyer's review of the final version (not included in our price, but a worthwhile investment)

Price and timeline

What drives the price:

  • How many data-collection systems the site uses (analytics, forms, advertising)
  • Whether full WCAG compliance or a baseline check is needed
  • Number of languages the legal pages need translating into
  • Whether legal review is required (outside our price)

Frequently asked questions

GDPR and accessibility cover cookie consent, a privacy policy and technical compliance with WCAG guidelines - relevant to anyone serving clients in the EU, especially since the European Accessibility Act took effect in June 2025.

No, we are not a law firm. We prepare the technical side (banner, forms, baseline accessibility) and a draft of the legal pages, but we recommend a lawyer's final review before launch.
