Question 1

How is the price calculated?

Accepted Answer

The price is calculated individually through the calculator or a conversation, based on the scope and requirements of the project, and arrives only by email - it is never published upfront because it depends too much on the specific case for a flat rate to be honest.

Question 2

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

50% upfront before work starts, the remaining 50% on completion and delivery. No instalments. Monthly maintenance, if agreed, is paid in advance.

Question 3

What if I don't like the initial design concept?

Accepted Answer

Before full development, if you're not satisfied with the concept and don't want to continue, 80% of the deposit is refunded - the 20% retained covers time already spent on the concept. This applies to all three packages, within a limited window from the first concept presentation.

Question 4

How long does a build take?

Accepted Answer

For small and mid-sized sites, 2-3 weeks from the point where all materials (copy, images, logo) are ready. Larger projects and online stores are scoped separately in the quote because the range is too wide for a fixed number.

Question 5

How fast do you respond?

Accepted Answer

Within 24-48h to any enquiry through the calculator or contact form.

Question 6

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

Two rounds of design revisions are included in the price, with no extra charge for reasonable direction changes.

Question 7

Who owns the site and code after delivery?

Accepted Answer

You do. The domain, hosting account and source files are registered in your name and handed over on completion - that is never a negotiable question, regardless of package.

Question 8

Do you work with clients outside Serbia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The site is architecturally built to serve multiple countries and languages (currently published in English and Serbian, with the architecture supporting more), with local currency and contact per market where applicable.

Question 9

Do I work with a team, or with you personally?

Accepted Answer

You work directly with the same person from the first conversation to the final handover - Zephyra Studio is a team of one today, on purpose, not a temporary state. See the About page for more.

Question 10

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

The price calculator gives an estimate in a couple of minutes with no obligation, or use the contact form if you would rather talk first - a reply arrives within 24-48h.
